Skiing the Western Faces Kosciusko
For six months of the year, the slopes of Mount Kosciusko and the other peaks of the Main Range are covered in snow. The author Alan Andrews has taken time off from his more serious endeavours to indulge himself in the recollection of the wonders of skiing these western faces. Instruction, description, nostalgia and poetry all have a part in the result.
Very few people can have or will ever amass such experience of the western faces, so why not sit back and vicariously enjoy a wonderful part of the world and the best skiing Australia can offer.
