Shipping FAQ

How much does shipping cost?

We deliver Australia wide! And because Australia is so wide, shipping rates are determined by your location and the weight/size of your order. Shipping costs and options will be calculated in your shopping cart and added to the order total when checking out.

When will I receive my item?

See below for estimated (not guaranteed) shipping times:

Standard Shipping 

4-10 business days

Express Shipping 

2-5 business days

Please note, shipping times may vary depending on location, demand on the postal network or other variables like natural disasters. Remote regions of Australia can take double the estimated time. 

Australia Post's next day shipping guarantee is currently suspended. Visit Australia Post’s website for more information.  

Who will my item be shipped with?

Most orders are sent via Australia Post with signature on delivery. Products that are bulky or heavy are unable to be sent with Australia Post and are sent with StarTrack. 

What if no one is home to receive my delivery? Can I request a safe drop?

If no one is home to receive your parcel, a collection card will be left and the parcel will be taken back to your local post office for you to pick up. If your parcel is not collected after 10 days it will probably be sent back to us. Be sure to contact us if you are unsure as to where your parcel is located. 

If you prefer, you can request for your parcel to be ‘Safe Dropped’ or add any other delivery preferences to the delivery note section when checking out. Please note, once your parcel leaves our premises, we don’t have control over what happens and whether or not the postie will follow your requested instructions. 

Do I get a tracking number?

You sure do! Once the post office has received your parcel, you’ll receive an email notification with a tracking ID. If you haven’t received an email, contact us and we’ll get it to you straight away. 

Can I pick up my order in store?

You sure can! Our store is located in Tumut, NSW. We’re roughly halfway between Melbourne and Sydney and only half an hour off the Hume Highway. Our store is open 9:00am - 5:00pm Monday to Friday and Saturdays 9:00am - 1:00pm (excluding public holidays). 

If you wish to pick up in-store make sure to choose this option when checking out.

How is my gear packed? What if something arrives damaged?

This is something we take great pride in, we always have and always will. 
We take great care when we pack your gear and each item is handpicked and packed by a real person who loves what they do. If something arrives to you damaged, please contact us as soon as possible (within 30 days of receiving your order) and we’ll sort it out for you.

What happens if my items get lost in the mail or I haven't received it?

If your parcel tracking has not been updated in 10 business days please contact us within 30 days of your shipping date so we can initiate an inquiry with Australia Post. 

Do you special order items in?

This is something we get asked about a lot and it is generally something we can do. It just depends on what you are chasing. If we don’t stock a particular item but we are a retailer for the Australian distributor, chances are we can probably get the product for you. 

If you’re after something, get into contact with us and we’ll see what we can do. 

Do you ship overseas? 

Yes. If your country is available your shipping charge will be calculated at checkout. Please note that we will accept returns from international orders but return postage must be paid by the customer.  Please beware that you may be liable for local import duties and taxes when your item arrives in your country, check with your local authorities.

Expect delays when ordering internationally due to the difficulties of freight networks as a result of Covid-19 restrictions.
