Inside a small shed with a leaky tin roof stood a man named Andy Knight, who just wanted some better gear to take paddling - covered in a fine layer of glass fibre dust, hard at work. It was 1979, and the sign on the door read ‘Palm Glass Fibre Mouldings Ltd’.
Of course, the shed is a little bigger now, but Andy at the team at Palm still work with the same determination and the same goal: to make quality gear for paddlers.
