The Osprey Women's Eja 48L is an ultralight multi-day adventure or day pack that won't disappoint, even in the harshest conditions. At 48L, the Eja is a versatile choice for a do-everything pack, whether going for a short day trip or more extended expeditions. The materials used in the Eja 48L are 100% recycled and highly durable. The 100D and 400D nylon create an ultralight pack, saving vital grams and reducing fatigue over a long day of hiking.
The Eja 48L has multiple pockets and storage options for all your gear along the trail. Mesh outer and side pockets allow you to quickly stash gear away for easy access when on the go. The side compression straps let you store trekking poles and other long items externally while compressing your pack down to accommodate less gear for shorter trips. The lid on the Eja 48L has zippered pockets for more quick access to small items and can be removed for a smaller pack if the total 48L capacity is not required.
The backbone of the Eja 48L is the adjustable Airspeed Suspension, a comfortable mesh panel with a suspension system evenly spreading the load across your back and hips. Fit should not be compromised for any other considerations. Body shape and sizing varies from customer to customer. Not every customer will fit every pack. Adjustable packs allow customers to fine-tune the fit for optimal carry performance.
Torso Length/Sizing
Many Osprey packs are available in multiple sizes to fit a range of torso lengths. To determine your torso measurement, follow these simple steps to determine your size.
1. Find illac crest (Top of hip bone)
2. On the back of the neck find C7 vertebra - Touch your chin to your chest and feel for the large protruding bone at the base of your neck
3. Measure from C7 vertebra to the illac crest to determine your torso length
