A close copy, for water where impressions are not enough

Most nymphs are impressions. This is a close copy, tied by Oliver Edwards to look like the actual insect rather than suggest it, and that pays off in the situations where a fish has time and light to inspect what it is eating. Stoneflies also tell you something about the water: they need clean, well-oxygenated flow, so where you find them the river is in good shape. Fish it dead drift in faster, broken water and on gravel.
