Most weighted streamers carry their lead at the nose, which makes them dive. This one carries a tungsten keel underneath instead, so it stays upright and rolls and darts side to side rather than nose-diving on the pause. That erratic, off-balance movement is exactly what an injured baitfish does. The colouring matches a juvenile redfin, which trout, cod and even other redfin eat readily. Strip it in short bursts with pauses and let it wobble.
