Fish in shallow, calm water hear a fly land before they see it, and a heavy pattern dropping in from above ends the session before it starts. This one is built to enter quietly and then sink slowly through the water column, which keeps it in the strike zone far longer over sand and weed only a foot or two deep. Rubber legs keep working even when the fly is barely moving. Good for bream and flathead in the estuaries and on the flats it was designed for.
