Chartreuse over white is the classic baitfish combination, a light belly and a bright back, which is roughly how most small fish are coloured. This is the deeper-water version of that: extra weight to punch through current and get down where fish are holding off the flats rather than on them. Fish it on an intermediate or sinking line with a long pause between strips so it has time to drop. At home chasing flathead, bream and whiting, and it will not be refused by a trevally either.
