A long body with no weight in it

An adult damsel has a long thin abdomen and almost no weight to it, which is difficult to build without ending up with a fly that sinks at the back or spins the leader on the cast. A braided butt solves both. Adult damsels get taken when they touch down on the water or get blown into it, so fish this static near weed beds through the warm months, with the smallest twitch to suggest it is stuck.
