Solo Camping at Broken Dam Hut in Kosciuszko National Park

There is truly no peace like a night spent solo in the mountains. Our videographer Dean hiked into Broken Dam Hut, where he spent the night under the stars and the watchful eye of nearby Tabletop Mountain. The beloved huts spread throughout Kosciuszko National Park are magical places to visit. The entire experience of visiting a Kosciusko Hut is enriching, the journey into the hut, whether it's by hike or bike, the sigh of relief as you get a glimpse of a charming building through the trees, getting to know the hut through the visitor book and settling in for the evening by a crackling fire with a warm drink in hand.
