How To Measure Your Size
Be sure to keep the tape level, and not too tight. Then use the chart as a guide, but allow for some variance based on how you prefer the garment to fit.
WAIST: Find the top of your hip and measure the full circumference around your body.
HIP: Stand, feet together, and measure around the largest circumference at the hips.
INSEAM: Measure the distance from the uppermost part of your inner thigh to your ankle.

Measurements refer to body size, not garment dimensions. If your measurements are between sizes, select a larger size for a looser fit or a smaller size for a tighter fit. We offer several models of Fjallraven trousers in different inseam lengths. Please refer to the specific product page to see which sizes and inseam lengths are available.
For all other trousers where the inseam length is not specified, we follow the regular length for women.
