Gransfors Bruk Splitting Wedge

The Gransfors Bruk Splitting Wedge is twisted with a grooved poll, bevelled corners and a hardened tip. The Splitting wedge is used to split big, knotty or cross-grained logs. Sometimes one is not enough, and you may need to use several wedges in parallel. The Splitting Wedge is used in conjunction with the Gransfors Bruk Splitting Maul (sold separately) and is suitable for striking a wedge.
