The Snow Peak Titanium Aurora Bottle 800 is made in Japan from 1mm titanium — ultralight, genuinely tough, and completely taste-free, so water tastes like water and nothing carries over from the last drink. The rubber seal around the cap prevents leaks, and the wide opening makes for a leisurely sip and an easy clean.

The anodised finish is not a coating. The titanium is put through a controlled process that grows an oxide layer on the surface, and the thickness of that layer is what produces the colour. That same layer shields the metal from rust and contamination, so the finish protects the bottle rather than sitting on top of it waiting to chip.
