Rio Premier Fathom Fly Line

Get down deep, stay in control, and fish the hang with confidence

Built for the lake angler, the Rio Premier Fathom is a series of full sinking lines designed to reach fish holding well below the surface. A short, quick loading head cuts down on false casts and helps push line out with less effort, while a clear colour contrast between the head and the running line makes the loading point easy to see. A hang marker shows when to stop stripping and fish the hang, a detail that counts when trout follow the fly right to the boat. Density compensation keeps the fly tracking at depth rather than lifting through the retrieve, and a supple, tangle resistant core paired with Rio's SlickCast coating helps the line shoot smoothly through the guides cast after cast.
