Hultafors Qvarfot Felling Axe

Hultafors Qvarfot Felling Axe is suited to assist in small scale forestry.

The long shaft of the Qvarfort Felling axe adds force to the striking action and the axe is also useful for light splitting, bucking and processing wood. The axe has been hand forged from quality Swedish steel and as part of the forging process the head is struck 40-60 times. This increases the density of the steel resulting in the increased durability of the axe.

Each axe head is hand forged and will have slight variations in texture and finish. Each axe handle's grain pattern varies from axe to axe.
