Gransfors Bruk Wildlife Hatchet

A traditional scouting and camping axe that's compact and powerful.

The Gransfors Bruk Wildlife Hatchet is a large-sized hatchet perfect for general camp chores and breaking down game animals. The Wildlife Hatchet features a slightly longer handle for a hatchet, yielding a solid grip for extra power to fell trees, chop down fairly large branches and split logs for the campfire. The small size allows this axe to fit into any pack easily, and the shape of the sheath, which covers the edge and the top part of the poll, stops the axe head from cutting into your backpack.

Each axe head is hand forged and will have slight variations in texture and finish. Each axe handle's grain pattern varies from axe to axe.
