Fulling Mill Andino Deceiver Orange/Black
Possibly one of the finest gifts the late, great Lefty Kreh, gave to the fly fishing world was the Deceiver fly pattern. First tied by the legendary fly fisher in the 1950's. The pattern was designed with saltwater species in mind. Over the years this fly pattern has crossed over to the freshwater fly box, also. The bushy profile of the fly, with its eyes, attractor pattern colours and tinsel flash, was designed to imitate baitfish.
This fly is perfectly suited for chasing the big Barramundi in the top end of Australia, river and impoundment Murray Cod or other natives such as yellowbelly. The fly is tied on a tiemco 2.0 hook for extra strength and durability, for fighting Australia's biggest predatory fish.
The deceiver is a tried and tested classic pattern and has stood the test of time.
