Tom's Outdoors Guide Services

1. Introduction

1.1. The competition is organised by Tom's Outdoors Guide Services ("Organiser").

1.2. By entering this competition, participants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

2. Eligibility

2.1. The competition is open to all customers who book and pay in full for a guided Tumut River drift day with Tom's Outdoors Guide Services for the 2024/2025 fly fishing season.

2.2. Gift vouchers and bookings for High Country Walk and Wade days and Power Boat Lake Days are excluded from this competition.

2.3. Employees of the Organiser, their families, and anyone otherwise connected with the organisation or judging of the competition are not eligible to enter.

3. Competition Period

3.1. The competition runs from 10.6.2024 until 4.10.2024.

3.2. All bookings and payments must be completed by 11:59 PM on October 4th to be eligible for the draw.

4. How to Enter

4.1. Participants must book and pay in full for a guided Tumut River drift boat day with Tom's Outdoors Guide Services for the 2024/2025 fly fishing season. The 2024/2025 trout season opens Saturday the 5th of October 2024 and closes Monday the 9th of June 2025.

4.2. Each eligible booking will automatically be entered into the competition draw.

4.3. Each Tumut River Drift day booked counts as a single entry. Multiple bookings form multiple entries.

5. Prize

5.1. The prize includes the following:

- A gift voucher for a Tom’s Outdoors Guide Services Tumut River Drift Day for two.
- The chef’s selection menu with wine pairing for two at Three Blue Ducks at the Nimbo location.
- One night’s accommodation for two at Nimbo Fork Lodge.

5.2. The Tom’s Outdoors Guide Services voucher is redeemable only for a Tumut River Drift Day. All standard terms and conditions for a drift day apply, including cancellation policies.

5.3. The accommodation at Nimbo Fork Lodge is valid for a mid-week stay, from Sunday to Thursday. Accommodation will be in a Riverside Cottage if available. If all cottages are fully booked, an upstairs lodge suite will be allocated.

5.4. The prize is non-transferable and no cash alternative is available.

5.5. The prize must be redeemed within the 2024/2025 fly fishing season and is subject to availability. The winner is responsible for arranging bookings for each component of the prize.

6. Winner Selection and Notification

6.1. The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries.

6.2. The draw will take place on 9.10.2024 at the Organiser's premises.

6.3. The winner will be notified via the contact details provided at the time of booking within 7 days of the draw.

6.4. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 14 days of notification, the Organiser reserves the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and select a replacement winner.

6.5. The winner cannot cancel or modify their existing booking (the booking made to enter the competition) after being notified that they have won the competition.

7. Liability

7.1. The Organiser is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any participant by any third party connected with this competition.

7.2. The Organiser is not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury suffered by the winner as a result of the winner taking up the prize, except where it is caused by the negligence of the Organiser.

8. Data Protection and Publicity

8.1. The Organiser will only process personal data as set out in the Organiser’s privacy policy.

8.2. By entering the competition, participants consent to any publicity generated as a result of the competition and the use of their name and image in marketing material.

9. General

9.1. The Organiser reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice.

9.2. Any changes to the competition will be notified to participants as soon as possible by the Organiser.

9.3. The Organiser’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.

10. Governing Law

10.1. The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by law, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts.
