Sea to Summit's Air Sprung Cell technology is constructed in a dot weld pattern to create a high surface area matrix of interconnected chambers. These chambers act in the same way as a pocket sprung mattress, with each cell operating independently of each other therefore conforming to your body shape, which feels softer and more comfortable with more body contact points and even dispersion of pressure. With a single layer of these medium resolution cells, Sea to Summit has been able to create the lightest and smallest pack volume mattress without compromising on comfort.
Extra comfort can be gained through the fine-tuning multi-function valve that makes inflation and deflation easier. The one-way inflation port prevents air loss before you seal the valve. Rapid air dump can make deflation easy through the deflate port and a fine tune button means you can adjust the comfort of the mat all in one low profile unit.
