Tom's Outdoors offers world class, hassle free returns and your satisfaction is our guarantee.  
 
You can return your items* to us within 60 days of the purchase date for FREE. Please remember, all items must be in their original condition with all clothing un-worn and swing tags still attached. All items with packaging and/or boxes must be returned with all materials undamaged. If you're looking to change a size, swap for a different colour or exchange your product, we always recommend giving us a call so we can ensure to you that we have the required stock available for you. 
 
Returning or exchanging your items are easy! 
 
Simply print out THIS FORM, fill it out and place it inside the package with your gear.

If you feel that your gear is eligible for a warranty evaluation by the manufacturer due to a defect in its materials or workmanship, please contact us as soon as possible. Although all of our products are covered by their manufacturers warranty, individual terms and conditions will vary with each supplier. Please note, proof of purchase must be kept for all returns or warranty claims. 
 
If you are returning something outside of the 60 days, please contact us as soon as possible.
 
We're only able to process exchanges for items we currently have in stock. If we do not have the item you need in stock, we can offer you a full refund OR special order the item in, but full RRP applies. 
 
Items on sale: Unfortunetly, we're unable to refund items purchased at full price for a "refund and re-purchase" if the item has since been reduced to sale or a clearance price. Tom's Outdoors is under no obligation and does not have to re-sell the item to you at the cheaper price. Example; if your purchased an item on Monday at full RRP (or other price) and the exact same item is on sale on Wednesday, we cannot refund and re-sell the item to you at Wednesday's price. 
 

*Due to health and hygiene reasons, underwear and some under garments cannot be returned or exchanged. If you're unsure if your item applies to this, please contact us to ask.
